About Our Water Treatment Work in Chandler
We are a water treatment company in Chandler, and every job starts with a free water test at your tap. The readings decide what we recommend: a softener, whole-home filtration, reverse osmosis, or sometimes nothing. You hear what we found and why before we discuss any equipment.

Why We Measure Before We Recommend
Many water complaints sound alike. You might see white crust on faucet aerators or spots on glassware. You might smell chlorine in the shower or hear a water heater that pops and rumbles. Those symptoms come from different causes, and the wrong system leaves the real cause in place. Scale is calcium and magnesium carbonate, and a softener's ion exchange resin is what removes the hardness behind it. A chlorine taste calls for activated carbon. A carbon filter will not stop scale, and a softener will not remove chlorine.
So our first visit is a measurement, not a pitch. We test hardness, total dissolved solids, chlorine and pH at a tap in your home. Then we look at what is already plumbed in, including the age of the water heater and any existing softener or filter. If you already have a system, we check its control valve, brine tank and resin. Sometimes an existing unit only needs fresh resin or a cleaned injector, and if that is the case, we say so.
From there we explain what we found and which system the readings point to. We size it to your household's water use and the diameter of your main line. Install is included with water treatment systems, so no separate labor charge shows up after you choose the equipment.
How We Handle Every Job
- 01
Readings you watch us take
We take the readings at your tap while you watch. You know your hardness in grains per gallon and your TDS level before we suggest anything, so you can check our recommendation against real numbers.
- 02
Sized from your actual use
An undersized softener regenerates too often and burns through salt and water. An oversized one costs more up front and can go long stretches between regenerations. We size each system from your hardness reading, the number of people in your home and the flow rate your fixtures need.
- 03
Installs you can service later
We plumb in a bypass valve so you can isolate the system without shutting off your home's water. Drain lines get a proper air gap. Filter housings go where you can reach them to change cartridges. Before we leave, we lay down floor protection and clear away packaging.
- 04
No obligation after the test
The free water test comes with zero obligation. If your water does not need treatment, or only needs a drinking-water filter at the kitchen sink, that is the answer you get.
Where We Test and Install
We work in homes across Chandler and nearby Sun Lakes, Gilbert, Tempe, Guadalupe, Mesa, Queen Creek and Sacaton. Hard water is common across this part of the East Valley. Readings still vary from home to home with the supply and any treatment already in place, so every test happens at your own tap. The Service Areas page lists the towns we cover.
